Kenjuana is a Wife, Mother, Educator, FSU Alumni, & Community Servant.  She was elected as Commissioner in 2019 and currently serves as the Mayor Pro Tem.  Kenjuana was the first African American woman elected to the Hope Mill Board of Commissioners.   Kenjuana is committed to representing all of a growing and diverse Hope Mills.
